This stair system was built out of treated yellow pine material. The customer wanted to maintain the natural look of wood along this cliff in South Knoxville in the Lakemoor Hills neighborhood.  

 

With proper care and maintenance this stair system will last for many decades to come. We always recommend staining and sealing natural wood materials that are exposed to the weather to ensure that they are fully protected against the elements.
